Thank you for the opportunity to adopt one of your pets. He is a schnauzer/poodle mix. He is very sweet, loves to snuggle, and loves my children. He is potty trained and working on learning his new name(Odie). We could not ask for a better dog.

I am actually a volunteer and recently fostered the best little dog, and I just want to comment on how happy the people who adopted the dog I fostered are with him......He is one of the sweetest, best dogs I have EVER known!!! I am sooo happy to be volunteering for Alliance!!

We adopted Mia, a pit bull, in October of '04. She is a wonderful addition to our family and we love her SO much!

I have never adopted an animal from a rescue shelter but I am so glad that there are people like you around. I own a pit bull and he is the light of our lives. He is four now and the biggest baby around. He doesn't own a mean bone in his body. He wants to play with cats, cows, even chickens. Pit Bulls have received a bad name and it's just not true. It's the people that raise them, not the animal. You can make anything mean, even people. May God bless each one of you at the shelters.
