Mitzi" is a female Rat Terrior about a year old. She is white with black and is "almost" 10 pounds. She was rescued from Monroe County Animal Control and became a participant in Project Second Chance Monroe. It pairs youths from Monroe County Youth Center with abandoned dogs. With guidence, this program encourages youths to become responsible for the care of the dog while in the three week program. She is a high energy dog and would love to learn fly ball! "Mitzi" has already been spayed, vaccinated, tested for heartworm/fecal and has a dog license.
